At the top of the every page there is a menu with main product categories. By choosing a product category you will access the page with the listed products. When you hover your mouse over the product picture, you will see Add to Wishlist and Quick View buttons. You can see more information about the specific product by clicking the product picture or its name, and you will be taken to a dedicated product page.
If you don’t know the category of the product you are interested in, you can use the search bar at the top of every page by typing the keyword in the top search bar that’s contained in the product name.
Once you click the Add to Cart button on the product page, you will be informed that the product is in your shopping cart. Simply enter the desired quantity in the box if you wish to buy more of the same product.
Continue shopping until you add all the desired products in the shopping cart. When you are ready to complete your order, simply click the Checkout button, which you access by clicking the shopping cart picture on the top, found on every page. By clicking View Cart you will be presented with a list of all the products you added to your cart. You can delete them, change quantities, see the totals, and if you want to add more, simply use the product categories and continue shopping.
If you have a coupon code, make sure you enter it in the designated box. Use Shipping Calculator to get the accurate pricing for handling your merchandise.
Once you click Proceed to Checkout, you will be asked to log into your user account or to register one first. The billing information form you are filling you only need to fill in once, and every other time you visit the website, you only need to log into your account and shop with ease. Just make sure that all data is correct.
By clicking Proceed to PayPal button, you will be taken to the PayPal order page.

After your order has been confirmed and paid for, you will receive it within three working days. Do not accept the delivery if the package is visibly damaged and notify us immediately. If the package is undamaged, accept the order freely.
During the product delivery, please inspect the product in the presence of the courier. If there are any visible damages on the packaging, rips, etc., decline the delivery. If that’s the case, please notify us immediately via telephone + 971 (0) 4 277 4003 or via email email@example.com and state the reason why you declined the package. We will inform you about the further steps shortly.
If you received the package and after opening the box you discovered that the delivered merchandise doesn’t conform to the order or that the data on the invoice isn’t in accordance with the order you placed, please, inform us 24 hours at the latest upon receiving the order via telephone + 971 (0) 4 277 4003 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org and describe the problem you have encountered. We will inform you about the further steps shortly.
At any given time you can access all relevant data considering your orders by clicking on the My Account button, found at the upper right corner of every page, and then by clicking the My Orders button. You will see all previous orders and statuses, as well as edit your billing address.
You can always edit your user information under the My Account section.
