You can pay your order online with supported credit cards via PayPal.
Delivery
Salt & Crystal has enabled its users a free delivery on orders above 250 AED all over UAE. For other countries this option is not applicable.
After your order has been confirmed and paid for, you will receive it in three days’ time. Do not accept the delivery if the package is visibly damaged and notify us immediately. If the package is undamaged, accept the order freely.
Reclamation Policy
During the product delivery, please inspect the product in the presence of the courier. If there are any visible damages on the packaging, rips, etc., decline the delivery. If that’s the case, please notify us immediately via telephone +971 4 369 50 80 or via email info@saltandcrystal.com and state the reason why you declined the package. We will inform you about the further steps shortly.
If you received the package and after opening the box you discovered that the delivered merchandise doesn’t conform to the order or that the data on the invoice isn’t in accordance with the order you placed, please, inform us 24 hours at the latest upon receiving the order via telephone + 971 (0) 4 277 4003 or via email info@saltandcrystal.com and describe the problem you have encountered. We will inform you about the further steps shortly.
